We have been out of state clients of BBPM for several years. We first tried managing the three rentals from out of state which proved to be impossible!  There were issues with pesky renters, new tenants, move in move out,  HOA, utilities, fences, repairs etc.... we feel that it has been and is worth every dollar we invest in such conscientious management.
